Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our concession stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service and Loyalty: Provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and develop loyalty programs to retain and grow our VIP customer base.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays, window designs, and floor sets that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely receipt of shipments, and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, schedule staff effectively, and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail.
  • Concession management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding sales budgets/KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base.
  • Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers.
  • Abundance of energy, positivity, and ability to motivate others.
  • Huge passion for fashion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a high-performing team.
