**Job Opportunity:** Retail Store Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As the captain of your crew, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals and maintaining a fresh store atmosphere.

This is a full-time role requiring 38 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead your team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train, coach, and develop your crew to unlock their full potential.
  • Take charge of stock management, minimizing losses while maximizing sales.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates.
  • Create a safe and enjoyable work environment for your team and customers.
  • Manage your team's roster to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
