We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to lead our team at Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Canberra Civic Store.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and has a strong ability to motivate and coach team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance through key areas such as team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across all brands/pads and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies
  • Control expenses and maintain a profitable store operation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

About You:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • A proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
