Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven leader to oversee daily store operations and drive sales.

As the leader, you will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.

You will lead a passionate team, train and motivate staff to excel in their roles, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and offer personalized styling advice.
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures, cash management, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Ensure the store meets high standards and contributes to a positive brand image.

Requirements
