Palliative Care Clinical Lead

Oversee clinical consultancy in supportive & palliative care at a leading hospital, driving quality enhancement and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Deliver advanced clinical expertise, leadership and consultancy services within the Supportive & Palliative Care team. Enhance patient outcomes, support clinicians, and lead continuous improvement projects within a dynamic acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical advice and consultancy in palliative and supportive care
  • Lead and participate in quality enhancement and evidence-based practice initiatives
  • Offer education, mentorship and clinical support to multidisciplinary teams
  • Initiate and participate in clinical research, service planning and strategic initiatives
  • Drive practice enhancement and lead clinical reviews across acute care services

Requirements include registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), minimum five years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, and postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field.
