Job Description

We are seeking an experienced palliative care nurse specialist to join our team at a leading healthcare organization. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those affected by serious illness.

You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise in pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life care will enable you to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in palliative care or a related field.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure; BLS certification; advanced life support certification (e.g., ACLS) may be required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs); and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
