Job OverviewThe Occupational Therapy department employs therapists across various caseloads. This role will be part of our community palliative care team, providing specialist care to individuals with life-limiting disease.

You will receive clinical supervision and support to ensure your professional growth. You will work autonomously and may provide guidance to the Allied Health Assistant and support other Occupational Therapists working at the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to clients with palliative care needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote seamless care
- Qualifications in accordance with relevant health service standards
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Extensive postgraduate clinical experience in Palliative & / or End of Life Care
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making and advocacy skills
- Ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
