Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care professional to join our team as a Planned Activity Group Worker.

This role involves supporting the elderly to live better by incorporating physical exercise into activity programs and creating fun and engaging focused days for clients.

The successful candidate will also provide In-Home respite support and drive a mini bus when the group attends outings.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver social activity programs that support client independence
  • Prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Maintain client confidentiality and information privacy
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Develop strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Requirements
  • National Criminal Police Record Check prior to commencement
  • Working with Children Check
  • Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Leisure and Health
  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
