About The Role

This key position will be responsible for delivering impactful creative projects, aligning with AFL's objectives and driving fan engagement across Australia.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of AFL's brand strategy, target audiences, and content portfolio to craft effective marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration among Brand Managers, Creative Director, Marketing and Creative Teams, while managing timelines, resources, and budgets
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact during project execution, facilitating open communication between creative, brand, marketing, and operational teams
  • Maintain strategic relationships with AFL stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners
  • Efficiently interpret and action creative briefs, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop innovative brand solutions
  • Establish credibility with stakeholders by assuming a trusted advisor role to manage creative ambiguity and problem-solve production challenges
