This strategic role involves designing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from creative briefs to performance analysis, ensuring every touchpoint stays true to our brand identity.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this initial 12-month contract role oversees the design team and owns our brand positioning, messaging and identity systems.

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market brand campaign plans across digital, social, email, events and partnership channels while coordinating with Product, Sales, Design and external agencies to align creative messaging and timing.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives and product stories that differentiate us in the marketplace.
  • Develop and evolve the brand strategy, including positioning, identity, voice and messaging architecture.
  • Lead the design function via a Brand Lead, being accountable for the strategic and creative direction of the team.
  • Manage the planning and execution of brand campaigns that drive awareness, preference and loyalty.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates our value proposition across multiple customer segments.
