Project Delivery Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, you will be responsible for designing and deploying high-quality Contact Centre, IVR and Call Recording solutions using Enghouse software products.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert guidance on the best fit between client requirements and Enghouse software capabilities.

  • Deliver end-to-end Enghouse system implementation/rollouts, managing customer, partner, and internal stakeholders and meeting customer business requirements.
  • Provide consulting/design services, running functional and technical meetings and workshops to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Produce professional and accurate technical and system design documentation.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Professional Services team, Engineers (Development), and Support teams to achieve successful outcomes for customers.
  • Run training workshops and coaching sessions with customer teams.
  • Plan and undertake full software configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions to technical problems.

Requirements

For this challenging role, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in project implementation, particularly in Contact Centre and related CTI, Telephony, VOIP/PBX based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of voice and data networking.
  • Customer Service orientated with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple work streams and activities.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Highly skilled in technical project initiation, design, delivery, and transition, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of key technologies including SIP, SBC, AD/LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, SSL, Web Services.
