Our goal is to secure a skilled and experienced Lease Manager who will oversee all aspects of Council facility leasing from negotiation to compliance. This involves working closely with tenants and/or licensees to implement tenure arrangements and ensure timely renewal of leases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A Certificate or Diploma in property, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous, as would experience in a similar role within a local government setting.
