  • Surgical Kit Preparation and Dispatch
We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for extension. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring surgical kits are prepared, checked, and dispatched to hospitals in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pick, pack, check, and dispatch surgical loan kits with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Inspect kits for completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy to maintain high standards.
  3. Utilize internal systems to track and manage loan kit movements effectively.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure urgent and time-sensitive requests are met with priority.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment is essential.
  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail are required to excel in this role.
  • A confident communicator with a team-focused attitude is necessary to succeed in this position.
