About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with our Principal doctors and other staff members to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our busy practice, including coordinating appointments, maintaining patient records, and overseeing administrative tasks.
- Greet and meet patients, answer phones, and ensure our reception area is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives, working collaboratively with our front desk team to ensure efficient patient flow and smooth day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in medical administration, preferably in specialist or allied health settings.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, doctors, and patients.
