Product Development Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to drive the delivery of our solutions. This key role is crucial in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of high-quality products from inception to end-of-life.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our products meet expectations.
  • Product Roadmap Execution: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical product owners and development teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management within the SaaS industry.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of product functional domain, market landscape, customer requirements, and leading practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
