Your Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy – from first impression to long-term engagement.
  • Lead a cross-functional product team focused on activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Establish a tight feedback loop with data, design, and go-to-market teams to drive rapid iteration and improvement.
  • Makes our platform a daily habit for individuals and a no-brainer choice for global teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience with a strong track record in growth-stage B2B2C companies.
  • A proven ability to drive metrics that matter – activation, retention, monetization – rather than just shipping features.
  • A systems thinker with a bias for velocity, clarity, and decision-making under pressure.
  • A cross-functional leader who can align design, engineering, and go-to-market teams around bold bets and fast learnings.
