High Growth Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our fast-growing Enterprise business in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in securing net new business with commercial organisations.
- Drive Success: Own and exceed sales targets, develop and execute customer acquisition plans and engagement tactics, create trust-based relationships with customers and partners, manage the front-line voice of the company, distill customer needs and value.
- What We Look For:
- An experienced (5+ years) high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team.
- Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for senior executives.
- Experience positioning big data, analytics or AI/ML solutions.
- Proven record of successfully executing against personal and team goals while continuously improving.
- Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus.
