Delivery Excellence Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to excel as a central point of contact between customers and services teams, working collaboratively with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure all service deliverables are met, including SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction regarding the delivery of all required services.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with operations teams to achieve the delivery of contracted day-to-day operational services.
  • Billing and Financials: Manage billing, financials, and reporting for clients.
  • Contract Lifecycle: Support the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to implementation, renewal, and transition.
  • Communication: Provide timely and effective information to managers of service delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Drive risk management to identify, assess, mitigate, and maintain risks.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Commercial and Operational Experience: Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to ensure win-win situations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Outstanding customer relationship building and management skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management across a multi-disciplined, matrix team structure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Contract Management: Extensive knowledge of contract management issues.
  • Project Management: Ability to take ownership of and manage small-scale projects.
  • ITIL Qualifications: ITIL qualifications and/or experience of service delivery management within an ITIL framework.
