Continuous Improvement Leader

The role of Continuous Improvement Leader is to drive and coordinate locally with all métier the APSYS roadmap, ensuring alignment with site SQCD objectives. Key responsibilities include training the team on APSYS program methodologies, supporting departmental deployment, and facilitating improvement actions to reach APSYS targets.

Job Description:

Lead the implementation of APSYS (Alstom Performance System) across the organization, driving cultural change and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean principles, 5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem-solving methods, and performance/kaizen mindset. Ensure effective communication and coaching of project teams and site management.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects, ability to coach project teams and site management, use of lean principles, and excellent communication skills. Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with results-driven approach and critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
