Health and Wellbeing Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Administrator.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality health and wellbeing services to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inboxes for corporate clients and overseeing the onboarding process for new providers;
- Ensuring timely payments and receivables invoicing for corporate clients and managing any associated issues;
- Providing administrative support for Provider Services Management, including TPM requirements and risk assessments;
- Supporting Partnership Managers with data analysis and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions;
- Creating and updating SOPs and training documentation to ensure compliance with governance standards;
To be successful in this role, you will require strong administration skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should also possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Administration experience within insurance or a related field;
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations;
- Basic understanding of health biometrics and medical terminology;
- Understanding of injury, illness, and insurance providers;
