Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the APAC region, primarily South Korea. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization by identifying and recruiting top-tier sales and healthcare candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on talent strategies and innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier sales and healthcare candidates, manage comprehensive selection processes, and provide valuable industry and talent market insights.
  • Ensure an outstanding hiring journey for leaders and candidates alike.
  • Promote our culture and embody and promote TELUS core values internally and externally.
  • Guide the leaders of your client group in adhering to Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Navigate ambiguity and change, providing guidance and support to the business through evolving talent landscapes.
  • Harness the power of data to inform strategies, ensure compliance, and drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in large corporate environments, focusing on management, professional, and sales portfolios.
  • Experience in recruiting healthcare roles or gained within companies operating in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong asset.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is an asset.
  • Experience in APAC recruitment, particularly in South Korea.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
