Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WT Partnership's Gold Coast office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients across various sectors, including aviation, health, and high-rise residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and facilitate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow projections.
  • Conduct value engineering and tender evaluations to optimize project outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage procurement, cost reporting, and variation analysis to ensure project efficiency.
  • Prepare and present claims, valuations, and final account reports to clients.
  • Develop and implement benchmarking processes to improve cost modeling and planning.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia.
  • RICS/AIQS accreditation highly regarded.
  • Proficient in Cost X and able to produce top-down and bottom-up cost plans.
  • Strong understanding of the project life cycle and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
