Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WT Partnership's Gold Coast office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients across various sectors, including aviation, health, and high-rise residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and facilitate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct value engineering and tender evaluations to optimize project outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage procurement, cost reporting, and variation analysis to ensure project efficiency.
- Prepare and present claims, valuations, and final account reports to clients.
- Develop and implement benchmarking processes to improve cost modeling and planning.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia.
- RICS/AIQS accreditation highly regarded.
- Proficient in Cost X and able to produce top-down and bottom-up cost plans.
- Strong understanding of the project life cycle and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
