About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Strategy Manager to join our team at HelloFresh Australia. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis and gather insights to inform product development and strategy.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Work with product teams to develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in product strategy or management, management consulting, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and actionable roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders to build consensus and drive team motivation.
  • Understanding of web-based consumer behavior, UX principles, and their impact on product strategy, with strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and intermediate SQL skills, deriving insights from data to inform informed decisions.
