  • Collaborate closely with HelloFresh marketing experts to align product strategies with marketing initiatives, including marketing retention strategies
  • Facilitate complex cross functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, Tech to deliver the product plan, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities while delivering superior customer experience
Requirements:
  • A passion for Product and Customer Experience, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make things happen
  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy or management, management consulting, or related roles within a fast-paced environment
  • Able to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders and teams. You are able to lead without authority and motivate others to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
  • Outstanding analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgements and recommendations.
  • A doer and a leader able to drive yourself and others to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations.
  • Superior verbal and written communication in English, including writing succinct and compelling business proposals and recommendations
