Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product portfolio strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in delivering all stages of the project and software development life cycle, preferably within a digital transformation context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product portfolio strategy that drives business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet business objectives
  • Manage business stakeholders and ensure that product vision aligns with end-user needs and business vision
  • Conduct market research and gather business feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, or Software)
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry
  • Solid experience in delivering all stages of the project and software development life cycle, preferably within a digital transformation context
  • Demonstrated track record of working with various products, specifically in the area of Industrial Automation and Control
  • Formal project management qualification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management
  • Proven understanding of agile tools and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
