Job Overview

The Asia Regional Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the growth plan for Microsoft's AI Business Solutions portfolio in Asia. This position requires close collaboration with the AI Business Solutions Core team and key partner organizations to optimize business operations and drive strategic initiatives regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a profound understanding of the AI Business Solutions portfolio and its impact on customer business priorities and objectives.
  • Align closely with internal teams to ensure rapid adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives.
  • Quickly synthesize understanding and findings to determine best practices and/or necessary adjustments.
  • Effectively communicate strategy and insights to senior business leaders and convey viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the overall AI Business Solutions Portfolio with an emphasis on AI Workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, and/or partner organization OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 2+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing, or Customer facing role at Microsoft is highly desirable.
