Regional Business Development Manager Job Description

This is a key role in driving the growth plan for AI Business Solutions portfolio across Asia. The Regional Business Development Manager will partner closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team and global field leaders to optimize business and drive initiatives regionally and globally.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI Business Solutions portfolio and its impact on customer business priorities and objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance outcomes delivered by AI Business Solutions portfolio, aligning with internal teams to ensure rapid adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives, and communicating strategy and insights to senior business leaders.
  • The successful candidate will use executive presence to drive influence for broader execution at scale and deliver learnings, recommendations, and implications to senior executives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, or related fields.
  • Alternatively, a master's degree in business administration or a related field and 2+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a business architect, product marketing, or customer-facing role at a leading technology company.
  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or finance.
