Airport Reporting Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-minded individual to fill the position of Airport Reporting Officer at the Albany Regional Airport. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about aviation and regulation, and who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing aerodrome safety inspections and equipment checks to ensure the airport is safe for aircraft and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Managing wildlife, building and maintaining relationships with airport lessees, and reporting information to management, the City, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Monitoring and managing contractors when airside, responding to airside emergencies, and maintaining terminal security.
- Administering landing fees and charges, performing Point of Sale transactions, and acting as an Agent for Air BP.
- Performing minor airport maintenance duties and groundskeeping associated with runways and runway infrastructure.
- Updating processes, procedures, manuals, and other governance artifacts as required, and assisting with training others and process improvement activities.

You will also have a positive attitude and a growth mindset, and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
