Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Juniper Korumup in Albany, Western Australia.
As an Administrative Officer, you will handle reception duties, filing, data entry, record keeping, and various general administrative tasks, all while contributing to a warm and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, and place purchase orders.
- Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
- Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the aged care sector is highly desirable.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
