Administration Coordinator

Your RoleAs an Administration Officer with Juniper, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing a warm and respectful environment for our residents and their families. Your duties will include reception responsibilities, filing, data entry, record keeping, and various general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the initial point of contact for site visitors and incoming calls.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, and place purchase orders.
- Manage resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
- Enter and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Evaluate and maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Aged care experience is highly desirable.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Competitive hourly rate of $34.58, plus 11% super.
