Pacific Region Meetings and Events Business Growth Specialist

This role involves driving business growth, building relationships and delivering exceptional event experiences across the Pacific region. A key focus area will be securing new clients and partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, project manager and relationship builder. They will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships and representing our premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development and revenue growth through secure new client acquisition and retention strategies
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure seamless event delivery from planning to post-stay
- Represent our premium brand across the Pacific region through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; proven background in business development and account management within hospitality, travel or MICE industries
- Strong knowledge of meetings & events, travel and tourism markets
