**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- Utilize SEO/SEM techniques for better search rankings and manage paid ads.
- Analyze key metrics for website performance and customer behavior.
- Collaborate on UX/UI improvements for a seamless online journey.
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and offers with the sales team.
- Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including updates.
- Foster PR relations with media outlets and influencers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Analytical mindset; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented; proficiency in Korean (speaking and writing) preferred.
