Our agribusiness is revolutionising the delivery of biological and biosynthetic products to Australian agriculture.About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic commercial leader to execute and evolve our national go-to-market strategy for biotech products. The ideal candidate will have strong existing networks across agchem and ag retail, with proven success in commercial ag roles and experience leading supplier and corporate relationships.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth across horticulture, livestock, cotton, and environmental sectors, representing the business at industry forums and events. Key Responsibilities include executing national go-to-market strategy, leading supplier relationships, educating and influencing resellers, growers, and stakeholders, and managing CRM systems to track performance and pipeline.

You will thrive on autonomy, be able to engage suppliers and clients alike, and bridge science with market delivery. We are looking for a self-starting commercial leader with deep industry relationships who can build market share for agtech products.

A strong background in agronomy, biotech, or agri-inputs is desirable but not essential. If you have confidence in delivering technical education and market engagement, and can travel nationally, then this could be the opportunity for you.
