Commercial Strategy Lead

This position is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and success in a rapidly evolving industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing national go-to-market strategies for biological and biosynthetic ag inputs.
  2. Leading supplier relationships and channel integration into Australian markets.
  3. Educating and influencing resellers, growers, and stakeholders on the value proposition of our products.
  4. Driving revenue growth across key sectors including horticulture, livestock, cotton, and environmental services.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starting commercial leader with deep industry relationships and a proven ability to build market share for agtech products. They will thrive on autonomy, know how to engage suppliers and clients alike, and can bridge science with market delivery.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong existing networks across agchem and ag retail.
  • Proven success in commercial ag roles with national scope.
  • Experience leading supplier and corporate relationships.
  • Confidence in delivering technical education and market engagement.
  • Ability to travel nationally and manage their own schedule.
