We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Improvement Lead to join our team at our Bunbury Pigment Processing Plant.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in asset management, with a focus on improving business performance through capital project initiation and concept studies, asset integrity compliance, and reliability improvements.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize business performance
- Lead capital project initiation and concept studies to improve asset performance
- Develop and maintain asset integrity compliance plans to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with maintenance and reliability teams to improve equipment strategies and tactics
- Manage investigations into complex equipment failures and provide solutions to mitigate recurrence
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, with a strong background in asset management and leadership. They will also have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, network, and build relationships with other business functions.
