Sustainable Employment Solutions

The Job Coordinator will work with the Employer Engagement Partner team to match clients to employment opportunities, utilizing relationship management and communication skills. This role is based at our Rocklea site but will also service Browns Plains, Springwood, and Mount Gravatt sites.

  • Promote services to employers and follow up on vacancy outcomes
  • Communicate vacancies using the internal database to attain referrals while account managing current employers

**Key Responsibilities**

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to assess labour market demand and supply, and build strategies to address this
  • Ability to work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
