Job Opportunity: Sales Associate

We are a rapidly growing mobile phone accessories and repair business with over 30 stores based across Australia.

Our company is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals who can deliver exceptional sales and service experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Upsell and promote mobile phone accessories and services.
  • Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and till reconciliation.
  • Process stock orders and manage inventory.
  • Meet or exceed store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
