Parts and Service Sales Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts and Service Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in promoting parts and service sales to existing and new customers throughout Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell parts and service products and options for the on-highway market, including Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, and Detroit.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales, expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region.
- Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers, and OEMs.
- Utilize lead and opportunity management under the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the broader team to generate and promote ongoing business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar industry or role with a track record of delivering new business growth.
- Relationship management experience with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.
