About the Team

The Field Service Representative team consists of highly motivated staff members based out of Enoggera Army Barracks. They work closely with CoA to maintain the Boxer vehicle, performing tasks ranging from servicing to full major repairs.

Role Responsibilities

The Field Service Representative provides maintenance and advisory services for logistics and armoured vehicles, ensuring reliable, high-quality, and timely support to the customer. Key duties include:

  • Conducting diagnosis and repairs on vehicles, turrets, and weapons at various sites;
  • Documenting work in RDA ERP/ISSDB;
  • Engaging with customers and stakeholders as the face of Rheinmetall;
  • Monitoring repair progress of vehicles and systems;
  • Resolving warranty requests for accuracy and plausibility.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent;
  • Experience maintaining European trucks and armoured vehicles;
  • Automotive diagnostic skills with European manufacturers;
  • CANBUS experience;
  • Ability to obtain Australian Security Clearance;
  • Knowledge of Land Materiel Safety Manual and ADF technical standards;
  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Australian citizenship for security clearance eligibility.
