Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our team in delivering full contractual compliance across the client base, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Drilling Manager in delivering full contractual compliance across the client base.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Assisting in tender and quotation preparation, aligning with procedures and Wallis Integrated Management System.
  • Coordinating pre-qualification and re-qualification processes for clients, including documentation uploads in digital systems.
  • Managing existing and new client relationships, maintaining satisfaction, and responding to feedback for long-term growth.
  • Developing and maintaining a CRM system, tracking communications and engagement.
  • Supporting the mapping and integration of Wallis and client systems as needed.
  • Preparing client reports and meeting templates monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Reviewing updated client procedures and documentation for contract and operational standards.
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and client meetings as required.
  • Coordinating HSE and operational performance reports for Wallis and its clients.
  • Analyzing production and cost trends, contributing to continuous improvement strategies.
  • Conducting regular field visits to major project sites.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in contract administration or management.
  • Implementing or working with Contract Management Systems (CMS) is advantageous.
  • Certificate IV in Business Procurement, Contract Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with objectivity and impartiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
