**_About the Role_**
Contract Resources is currently looking for a highly motivated and suitably experienced Project HSE Coordinator based on site across the Pilbara Region.
**Role Accountabilities include**:
- Ensure that Corporate and Client required HSE Management requirements are implemented and maintained to a high standard.
- Identify and report to the Site Project Manager and HSE Lead any high-risk issues that have the potential to impact on HSE compliance
- Co-ordinate / assist with the development and implementation of JSEA's for work activities
- Conduct / participate in site inspections of work activities to ensure HSE compliance, as required, participate in audits and inspections conducted by other parties
- As directed, co-ordinate HSE incident investigations
- Provide leadership through proactive HSE Management
- Ensure critical business needs of key stakeholders are met in a timely manner
**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industries
- Minimum - Cert IV WHS
- Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of HSE legislation
- Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline
- Personable with strong relationship management skills
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) capability
- Well developed IT capabilities (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Have a high level of analytical and computing skills
- A current Drivers licence
