About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead/SDM to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver Oracle environments and ecosystems, including Oracle Applications, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Cloud HCM, CRM, SCM, Oracle Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
  • Ensure financial awareness of client accounts and commitments, managing costs to budget, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Manage and support staff, both onsite and offshore, ensuring adequate skills and valid competencies.
  • Ensure strict controls are in place for projects, reporting and managing risks to mitigate financial or branding impacts to clients and TCS.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings, issuing regular account and project reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering and managing Oracle environments and ecosystems.
  • Financial awareness and management skills.
  • Leadership and staff management skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and ensure strict controls are in place.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience and Background

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering and managing Oracle environments and ecosystems, including Oracle Applications, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Cloud HCM, CRM, SCM, Oracle Analytics, and Business Intelligence.

They will also have experience in managing and delivering Oracle environment integrations with non-Oracle products and services, managing multiple resource pools, and managing multivendor contracts and teams.

Additionally, the candidate will have experience in Organisation(al) Change Management (OCM) and be able to assist and guide clients, teams, and staff.
