We're always looking for ways to improve and innovate, and our Technology team is at the forefront of this effort. As a Technical Lead, you'll work closely with a distributed Agile team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our Domain's standards.

As an Oracle Platform lead, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Oracle Identity Access Management Platform. You'll work with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and Software Engineers to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the technical design and input for Oracle Platform Solutions
  • Leading and growing a technical capability within Oracle Identity Platform
  • Influencing Oracle Identity Platform decisions to ensure ways of working align with business needs
  • Guiding technical decisions in line with the Strategic and Product Roadmap
  • Collaborating effectively across teams to remove technical roadblocks and support delivery decision making

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering/technology
  • Advanced experience across Oracle Identity Access Management Platform
  • Strong development experience with OIM and OAM
  • Good experience in delivering projects and production support on Oracle Platform
