About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Financial awareness of the client's account and commitments, managing costs to budget, ensuring timely invoicing and payments, and managing disputes.

Managing and supporting staff, both onsite and offshore, ensuring adequate skills are maintained, including valid competencies, and managing staff movements and absences in-line with SLAs.

Accountable for adequate governance, ensuring strict controls are in place for the project, reporting and managing risks to mitigate financial or branding impacts to the client and TCS.

Facilitating regular and as required client meetings, ensuring meetings are planned, minuted, and resourced appropriately, and issuing regular account and project reports.

Experience and Background:

Proven experience in delivering and managing Oracle environments and ecosystems, including Oracle Applications, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Cloud HCM, CRM, SCM, Oracle Analytics, and Business Intelligence implementations, and related business transformations.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and experience in managing Oracle environment integrations with non-Oracle products and services.

Ability to manage multiple resource pools with combinations of staff, vendors, and clients, and experience in managing multivendor contracts and teams.

Experience in business migrations and transformations, and a strong understanding of Organisation(al) Change Management (OCM) principles.
