About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Project Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle ERP Fusion implementation and support projects with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Manage at least 2 Oracle Cloud Projects (Oracle Fusion HR / FIN/ SCM) with a strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules.
  • Develop and implement ERP-related transformation initiatives, including integrations, reporting, security, and IT background knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion implementation and support projects.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
