Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals to develop and implement strategies, content, and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets.

The Senior Enablement Manager Strategy, Planning & Content will report to the Head of APAC Enablement and be responsible for driving high performance, professional growth, and effective regional execution.

  • Design and implement tailored enablement strategies that align with APAC-wide objectives while addressing unique regional needs.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic workforce development strategies.
  • Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development, a strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences, and excellent project management and resource planning skills.
