Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate end-to-end logistics activities across inbound, outbound, transportation, returns/refusals, and vendor management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inbound & Outbound Operations Management: Oversee inbound logistics to ensure timely receipt and GR completion, manage outbound logistics for finished goods to meet daily order fulfillment and dispatch accuracy targets.
  • Vendor and Vendor Relationship Management: Lead daily coordination with third-party logistics providers, conduct monthly business reviews to evaluate performance metrics, host weekly operations meetings to align priorities and resolve service issues.
  • Transportation & Compliance: Validate pick-up reports, ensure accurate transport documentation, monitor transport activities for compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Returns & POD Management: Investigate product returns, refusals, and damages, ensure accurate and timely proof of delivery documentation and archiving.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or a similar high-volume industry
  • Proven experience coordinating vendors and transport providers
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, and transport compliance
