We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an Area Manager. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of retail stores, managing sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. They will also motivate their team members to achieve optimal results and maintain high team morale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Store Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver outstanding results
  • Manage multiple store locations across the ACT region
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement
  • Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in multi-site leadership and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
