We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing stores in Canberra.
About the Role- Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring to achieve exceptional results.
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
- Manage rostering and control labor costs efficiently to optimize business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders and drive organizational success.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
